The product is a self-adhesive waterproofing material for polyester felt which is constructed by pre-applied anti-sticking method and bonded with cast-in-place concrete or cement mortar mixture. Polymer modified asphalt base material is synthesized with asphalt, SBS, water-soaking agent, activator and other additives. Special active substances are added to the product formulation, which can cross-link and mesh with flowing concrete to form strong bonding force, thus realizing waterproofing. The coil is fully adhered to the micro structure of the building, which maximizes the reliability and usability of the waterproof layer. Through the pre-applied anti-sticking method, the waterproof layer and the main body of the structure are 100% bonded to form a "skin-type" waterproof system, which prevents water channeling and eliminates the necessary conditions for leakage. The coil can be firmly adhered to the concrete and the waterproof layer is flexible. The high strength of sex and structure complement each other, forming a nearly perfect waterproof system.

Physical Property
Applicable Range
It is suitable for waterproofing of floor and side wall of underground and open-cut Metro projects. It can also be used for other parts of basement, municipal engineering, water storage pool, swimming pool and tunnel waterproofing using pre-applied anti-sticking construction method.
Construction Method
- Pre-applied method:
Laid coil on the base,make sure self-adhesive surface upward and remove the isolation film, then concrete is poured. After the concrete solidification, it is firmly bonded with 100% of the self-adhesive surface of the coil and forms a sealed waterproof layer. The plane construction adopts the empty paving method and the elevation construction adopts the mechanical fixing method.
- Construction process:
·Overhead paving method:
Clean up the substrate →reinforce detail nodes → locate and snapping →laid membrane with overhead paving method →sealing treatment of full adhesive joints at overlap joints →cleaning, repairing and acceptance →before pouring concrete, tear off the upper surface isolating material film.
·Mechanical fixing method:
Clean up the substrate →locate and snapping →fixed coil by nailing →sealed nail shooting position → reinforce detail nodes→sealing treatment of full adhesive joints at overlap joints →cleaning, repairing and acceptance →tear off the upper surface isolating material film →pouring concrete.
- Notes:
Do not pave membrane in rainy, snowy or windy weather.
During construction, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of self-adhesive surface.
When construction at low temperature, hot air should be used to assist the construction of the overlapping part.
Pay attention to the protection of finished products, temporary protection measures should be set on coils for self-adhesive materials.
