The main performance parameters of the OIPS-129 Composite Functional Board for roofing shall not be lower than the following parameters:
(1) Color difference: The color difference of the single-color surface film AE ≤ 1.0
(2) Surface layer bending property: No cracks, creases or peeling at -25ºC
(3) Peel strength of the surface layer and metal plate (at 23ºC): Longitudinal and transverse ≥ 5N/mm
(4) Impact resistance: ≥ 50 (kg.cm)
(5) Cupping test: Metal plate indentation depth ≥ 8mm
(6) Self-cleaning property: Surface contact angle ≥ 90°
(7) Freeze-thaw resistance (50 cycles): No hollowing, bubbling, peeling or delamination, no cracks observed under 5x magnification
(8) Fire performance: Not lower than B2 E grade
(9) Dynamic wind uplift resistance: ≥ 4.2kPa, Static wind uplift resistance: ≥ 4.9kPa
(10) Back coating anti-corrosion performance: Neutral salt spray resistance ≥ 1920 hours. (Complies with standard GB/T12754-2019)
(11) Physical properties of TPO surface layer material (Complies with standard GB27789-2011):
A. Accelerated artificial climate aging resistance ≥ 15000h
B. Heat aging (135ºC, 672h): Maximum tensile strength retention rate ≥ 90%
C. Low-temperature flexibility: No cracks at -50ºC bending
D. Seam peel strength ≥ 5N/mm
(12) Prefabricated parts matching with TPO should be used for installation of roof pipes, corners and lightning support, and the prefabricated parts should be from the same manufacturer and made of the same material as the roof membrane.
(13) TPO membrane should have a "Five-star" engineering material aging resistance certificate issued by China Building Materials Certification Group Suzhou Co., Ltd.
